We respect your privacy – and we want to be a great remote company.

We would therefore be very pleased if you could grant us the approvals listed below.  But if you don’t want it, we will of course respect it.

  • We want to publish your birthday in Google calendar and Slack so that your colleagues know. Is that OK for you?
  • To have a better overview of the short and mid-term availability of our colleagues, we publish the sick leave in the absence (vacation, public holidays, and sick leave) in Google calendar and Slack. Is that OK for you?
  • As a remote organization, transparency and collaboration are very important for us. So we've decided to record internal meetings (using Zoom, Remeet, or other platforms in the future), so other team members can participate later. Is that OK for you?
  • For the Google account password recovery process we'd like to use your private email address. By this, you can recover your password without the need of an administrator. Is that OK for you?
  • We're proud to have you as a team member. So we'd like to publish photos we take of you (for example, on a retreat) on our homepage or social media. Is that OK for you?
