(Interim) Marketing / Project Manager (f/m/*), fully remote

Frontastic is looking for an interim or freelance Marketing / Project Manager (f/m/*) either in part-time or full-time. We are a remote-first company currently operating in the Europe/ Berlin timezone. Locations in or close to Germany are preferred to make our regular in-person meetings easier.

This position is initially set-up for a period of 6 months as a maternity leave cover. It could be right for a freelancer as well as somebody looking to be employed. Also, we are open to discuss part-time or full-time possibilities flexibly.

Although the position is initially designed as a substitute for a maternity leave, there is the possibility that it may be extended to cover e.g. more general project management, and then be permanent.

As Marketing/ Project Manager you will cover a wide array of responsibilities and tasks and contribute to Frontastic’s growth on various fronts. To thrive in this role, you will need an entrepreneurial and flexible mindset, being proactive and prepared to constantly learn and figure out new things.

You also need to have a high level of self-organisation and an independent work style.

As the perfect candidate for this, you should have a high affinity with all things digital, have some experience in marketing and operations, and be a strong auto-didact.

You should have spent some time in the software and/ or e-commerce industry and understand the sector we are active in.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop, execute and orchestrate Frontastic’s marketing activities, incl. website management, performance marketing, social media marketing, live marketing, video marketing etc, targeted at multiple target groups.
  • Manage SEA/ SEO activities
  • Content writing and production as well as managing external content creation via freelancers
  • Coordinate and execute joint marketing activities with our agency and technology partners
  • Organise and coordinate internal and external events
  • Create and communicate monthly business reports
