People & Culture or Business Administrator (f/*/m), fully remote

Frontastic is looking for a person to support us in the areas of People & Culture or Business Administration as full-time employee or freelancer.

About The Role

The management and administration of Frontastic sees itself as an internal service provider. We try to bring a very high benefits with as little effort as possible. Our goal is to help all people at Frontastic to be able to do their work in a relaxed way and to help them to become even more productive. That’s why we call ourselves the “Empowering Area” inside Frontastic.

We’re looking for new members of the team, which is currently formed of one of the founders and one employee. Our tasks are very broad, so it’s very difficult for us to name specific knowledge and skills required. The most important thing is that you bring personal experience from working in an internationally distributed remote-only company.

Ideally, you should’ve already gained leadership experience yourself. We’re not talking about job titles, yet, as we try to have as little hierarchy as possible at Frontastic. If you’re explicitly looking for a “VP” or “Head of” title, you’re probably in the wrong place. To be clear, this is only about job title itself, not about responsibilities – the more you take the lead yourself, the better.

We’re a fast growing startup founded in 2017 to bring APIs into better human interaction. We offer a cloud platform accelerating teams to create mobile first frontends for the API economy. We’re doing this as a 100% remote native company: currently 28 people from 8 countries in Europe (and counting).

What You’ll do

  • Depending on your personal skills, preferences and experience, you might:
    • Handle candidate management
    • International onboarding incl. legal registration as an employer
    • Empower our people and company culture
    • Process international payrolls
    • Process all parts of internal business administration and bookkeeping
    • Help with all kinds of legal stuff like contracts or during funding rounds
  • You’ll actively drive the change that inevitably happens within a growing high-tech company
  • You may speak at meetups and conferences
