The management and administration of Frontastic sees itself as an internal service provider. We try to bring a very high benefits with as little effort as possible. Our goal is to help all people at Frontastic to be able to do their work in a relaxed way and to help them to become even more productive. That’s why we call ourselves the “Empowering Area” inside Frontastic.
We’re looking for new members of the team, which is currently formed of one of the founders and one employee. Our tasks are very broad, so it’s very difficult for us to name specific knowledge and skills required. The most important thing is that you bring personal experience from working in an internationally distributed remote-only company.
Ideally, you should’ve already gained leadership experience yourself. We’re not talking about job titles, yet, as we try to have as little hierarchy as possible at Frontastic. If you’re explicitly looking for a “VP” or “Head of” title, you’re probably in the wrong place. To be clear, this is only about job title itself, not about responsibilities – the more you take the lead yourself, the better.
