Frontastic hires product innovator Peter Sunna as CPO
Germany, October 1, 2020 – Experienced product visionary Peter Sunna joins Frontastic as Chief Product Officer on October 1st, 2020. Peter will lead the strategic product development of the Frontend-as-a-Service provider.
With Peter Sunna, Frontastic has managed to bring onboard another heavyweight in their field.
Having led product at such well-known technology powerhouses as Episerver and Contentful, Peter brings a deep expertise and a strong reputation for adopting innovative technologies and overseeing strategic product development to the table. With more than 10 years of experience in both start-up and scale-up environments, Peter will also play a key role in realizing the high growth ambitions of the frontend technology start-up in the coming years.
In the past, Peter has continuously demonstrated that successful technology innovation can only come from customer-centric product development and teamwork. Logically, he’s a big believer in the team when it comes to innovation: Create empowered product teams that work close to the customer, understand the customer’s context to solve the most important problems and ultimately make the right decisions. This way, you can build an organization and a product strategy that focuses first and foremost on the customer experience.
Peter’s decision to join Frontastic is based on the enormous potential he sees for the Frontend-as-a-Service solution: “I’ve seen first hand how headless services empower development teams to create digital platforms that are much more flexible and fast compared to the traditional monolithic platforms. However, many marketing teams still struggle with the headless approach. After getting to know Frontastic, I was convinced we have a solution for that and there’s potential for so much more.”
